I'm Yoligere Viloria, Yoly to the people I work with. I'm a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker and the founder and owner of YV Empire Capital LLC. For more than 22 years I've guided buyers, sellers and investors, local and international, through residential, commercial and land transactions in Miami-Dade and South Florida.

In 2017 I was one of the founders of the Keller Williams franchise in Doral. Today, in addition to running my own firm, I'm a licensed Community Association Manager, a Terra Group Ambassador and a Super Broker for select Miami projects. That gives me direct access to new luxury developments and lets me stay with my clients after the purchase too: with leasing, property management and association management.

Every recommendation I make starts with the numbers: income, operations, total costs and long-term value. Before you decide, we compare buying in cash against financing, including options for foreign buyers, and I bring you a short list of properties that fit your profile, not a catalog.
